ACT Fibernet upgrades offerings in Kakinada and Rajahmundry​

Most of the cities have no plans less than ₹1049 value. If this is true, ACT Fibernet days are over.

I cant switch to a lower plan thru act portal. Can you check if you're able to? Im on A max 1049 plan. want to shift to lower 50mbps to check if it'll work for me

Afaik, ACT doesn't allow that. Changed my plan from 6 months to per month, asked support if by any chance i want to switch to a lower plan how can i do so, she just said that it's not possible.

Ask for Disconnection. Everything will fall into place.
