Action Figurine/Toy Collector

Is there anyone in TE who is into Action Figurine/Toy collection ? I want make small collection myself for few my favorite comic book n video game characters - sup,bat,spidey,wolvi,merc wid mouth,hulk,bionic commando,krato,master chief,max payne,solid snake etc
 
I was into GI Joe and He-man when I was a kid. Had more than 10 GI Joes with vehicles and full He-man collection including skeleton and his other mates. I am a very good collector so no harm was done to them until my younger brother laid his hands on them. I now only have 2 GI Joes left with broken legs and a He-man with no arms. :P

I was also into Hotwheels. Had more than 25 cars along with 2 race tracks. But my brother didn't spare that also. :|

cool man..i have the he-man,three GI joe and 5 hotwheels (that what i can afford during those days)- love them so much and they are still intact in the cupboard at home
 
I have a part of my cupboard stuffed with toys as old as 15 -20 years old. Just have kept them for memory.
I used to collect GI Joe when it came free with 1KG Complan bottles long time back. Also had one race track with two hot wheels.
In my office, we all cubicle mates were cray for toys and had all sorts of toys brought from home / Mc Donalds Happy meal toys and stacked them besides our computer.
Will try to put a pic that i have in the night.
 
good to see you guys with your +ve response,,I think besides masters of universe and GI joe - other action figures are not available in India- the only way out is import//

if someone has better knowledge on this - we may start a GO based on the further response

I am able to get Transformers here. There are dedicated sections in stores for them. But they are costly. :@

I am dying to go to the US and splurge on that website. I hope I will have that much money on me in the future. :)

I was into collecting action figures for a very long time, then along came cricket and spoiled my spending spree. LOL

i have over 10 G.I.Joe figures from the 90s, in various states of neglect. I used to play extensively with them so I don't know about the condition of all their weaponry and accessories.

I think I have full fledged He-Man figure along with that Cat of his. Maybe a Skeletor in some shady corner of the storeroom.

A couple of Transformers, which I don't even know if they are actually Transformers or not. They do turn into cool looking vehicles though. :)

I do have a decent WWF figures collection. Again they may in various states of neglect and dismemberment.

Finally, I have over 30 Hot Wheels cars and vehicles.

I would love to buy some Transformers figures to add to that collection.
 
I remember buying He man when i was kid. That package in which He Man came had a small comic book also behind that. :P

Did not buy Skeletor though, he was a bad guy that's why :)
 
:wow:.why not make a gallery of your collection -it will be nice addition in the show-off section

im more into anime figurines...have about12-15 of them...havent bought any new ones in a while

pm ero-sennin...he has lots of figures from dc/marvel etc
 
Im actually more into shot glasses, anyone into that?

I had a great collection of matchbox cars when I was a kid, close to around 150 of them. I also had the He man set. Lost most of it as a kid and the rest got distributed amongst various relatives.

I had the entire GI Joe collection and I mean the whole thing. Over 30 of them with all guns and all.. Had the Tank and the Jet Plane. The jet was cool, because the wings would fold and also had an ejection seat. Had around 10 vehicles.

I think I still have the whole set somewhere in Mumbai.
