How good of an idea is Activation more than one key of windows 10 on same email id ? will it work or give issue ???

Depends if you have registered several keys on one ID then why not.

currently I only have one activated. planning to get the second. but should I activate it on the same email id or not is what I am confused about.

You can have as many Windows 10 licenses as you need attached to your Microsoft Account, there is no limit!

Have multiple licenced keys to a single account from the various laptops I own . Absolutely no problems till date .
