Is their any need to add sound card in this rig ???

i'm not knowledgeble enough, but you should mention what speakers/headphone you have? it's not good idea investing in sound card without quality speakers..

I have Altec Lansing AVS300B Speakers ...

If you have a good speaker, then adding a sound card does make a difference. Otherwise, stick to onboard sound. No use of adding a dedicated sound card if you are on a cheap speaker

How trained are your ears? Do you play any instrument?
Since you haven't replied to my post, I am assuming that you have a completely untrained ear.
High-end audiophile equipment is completely useless for someone without basic ear training. In short, you don't need a soundcard. All you need is a speaker set which doesn't crack.
