Adobe Photoshop CS5 Error!!!

Hey guys,
For a few days now, I am having a weird problem with Adobe Photoshop CS5. I will let the pictures below do the talking.

THIS IS THE FILE I OPENED


THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED IN PHOTOSHOP


I restart the app and it works fine, but the same thing happens again after a while. And it is happening far to often & hampering my work.
Is there a solution/fix? Please help.

Disable GPU/OpenGL suport, maybe and see.

will do it and test. does that mean, its an issue with my GPU?

Cant be sure, try and see if it make a differance. I had a differant issue which got fixed when I disabled the same on my machine about 6 months back.
