Advanced Task Scheduler not opening

I used this Advanced Task Scheduler. But since when I installed Vista 64-bit (downloaded, not purchased), this program is not opening no matter what I do. It also ran on Vista 32-bit (downloaded)... In Vista 64-bit, Windows Defender blocked it. But even if I turned off Defender, its not opening. I've Comodo + Avira installed. ANd I also closed Comodo... Still not opening. But when I run Task Manager, there it comes in "running processes" list.

Can somebody help ?
