Graphic Cards Advice for Graphics Card for 15-16K Max

My current Pc spec is
I5-3330
8 Gb DDR3 ram
HD5750 1 Gb ddr 5
and Asus Board
Preferred Resolution 1600x900
i want to play latest games like fifa 15,fc4,Unity upcoming Gta V
I am thinking of Buying/Upgrading a Graphics card in the range 15-16K Max.Please advice(without Psu).( I know that i may have to buy a new psu for this card, since my current one is 450 watt.)

I'd advise to avoid the sapphire dual-x cards. They are built weak in a relative sense. But 270x does indeed fit your requirement perfectly
