PC Peripherals advice needed-> Acer S231HL 23 or Dell U2311 or something other under 13k

m buying new monitor for my pc ,my current monitor is a 17" crt :ashamed:
please advice appropriate monitor. Main usage includes->
games,programming,3dsmax,some movies,and web browsing..
 
dell u2311 is not under 13k

im too leaning towards acer 23 one

have a look at samsung led bx2330 as well..afaik not available in india yet ..pricing may be around 15-16k

and also getting a ccfl backlight now will be stupidity coz ..led ones are getting cheaper now
