Advice needed for LG Nitro HD

Guys,

My Cousin is interested in LG Nitro HD because of HD display and cheap price compare to other Dual core HD devices like Nexus and Xperia S

He also bothers about Development support for this phone. We found that official CM9 is available for this phone.

Only disadvantages we saw is battery life mostly all the android phones is having this issue.

Is it good to buy this phone? if yes what is the best price to get?

I saw some where around 19k from ebay
