is it worth buying for 8200/-

If you are decided about going crossfire ! Just go ahead,
what's stopping you,it would definately do better then a single 4890 which costs close to 12k.

a 620HX with a CM690. It can handle a 4890 crossfire.

For that price I would say NO. Try getting it from ITWares, few days back he was selling that for 7.5k approx and you can also request him to put on ebay. This will make deal more sweeter.
