Cabinet Cabinet with nice looks,proper Air intake Exhaust and Cooling facilities.
Audio Something like Dell Soundbar AX510PA(which doesn’t occupy much space)

Q5: Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future? If yes, then please mention when and which component.

Open to Online Purchase also.
Q7: Would you consider buying a second hand hardware from the TE market?
A7: No.
Q8: What is your intended use for this PC/hardware?
A8: Browsing, watching HD movies, Gaming ,etc.
Q9: Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them and the reason for your preference/dislike.

Q10: If you will be playing games then which type of games will you be playing?

Q11: What is your preferred monitor resolution for normal usage?
A11: 1280x720(1920x1080 for movies).

A12: Not now. May be later.

A13: Windows XP SP2 (32 bit) for now. Will install x64 (64 bit) if and when RAM is upgraded to 4GB.
Also suggest any other upgrades to make it a HTPC(except a HD TV
