Budget 31-40k Advice on buying components for a gaming pc

Hi guys and gals !!!!! I'm new to the community and this will be my first time trying to build my own PC, so i'm kind of like a noob here. Just needed some advice on the following components and any other stuff i may need to get(including brand suggestions), to complete the rig.
What is your budget?
40K can stretch a bit if absolutely required.
Component brand and model
as long as the quality is good along with warranty and service any name will do.
Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
Please HELP me choose between the following:

Processor : AMD fx 6300/8350
GPU : Nvidia gtx 660
Motherboard : Asrock extreme 4/Asus Sabertooth 990fx
RAM : 2x 4gb RAM (without heat spreaders if possible)
HDD : already have a WD 2TB
SSD : will buy a Samsung 840 evo 120gb if it fits into the budget or later as this is secondary
PSU : already have VIP 500watt smps... do i need more ???
Cabinet : I have a Circle 512 series cabinet (WxLxH=8x16.5x16)...will it be sufficient or should i go for the Coolermaster Cm 690 ii
Optical drive : already have a CD-DVD burner that i can salvage.
Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component
Yes
Where will you buy this hardware? (City)
Mumbai, Lamington Road
Open to online purchase
Yes if the price is lower
Would you consider buying a second hand hardware from the TE market
No
What is your intended use for this PC/hardware
Hardcore Gaming
Watching Movies, browsing etc.
Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them and the reason for your preference/dislike.
No dislikes
If you will be playing games then which type of games will you be playing?
FIFA, Pro Evolution Soccer, Assassins Creed Black Flag, MMOs (Age of Wulin, Blade & Soul)...... would like to run all these games on high resolution if possible
What is your preferred monitor resolution for gaming and normal usage
1920x1080 on a 23" LCD display
Are you looking to overclock?
Initially No but yes if required later
Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?
Windows 7 ( i think the bit rate changes with the motherboard right ?)
Thank you for all your help and advice

Processor : AMD fx 6300/8350 (select the one that fits in your budget)
GPU : Nvidia gtx 660 (Dont buy msi as they are closing their operations in INDIA and try to get an r9 270x if budget allows)
Motherboard : Asrock extreme 4/Asus Sabertooth 990fx(both are good but i would suggest asus over asrock)
RAM : 2x 4gb RAM (without heat spreaders if possible) (corsair value select or kingston hyperx blu)

PSU : already have VIP 500watt smps... do i need more ??? Dump it and get a good quality psu like seasonic s12ii 520
Cabinet : I have a Circle 512 series cabinet (WxLxH=8x16.5x16)...will it be sufficient or should i go for the Coolermaster Cm 690 ii (Go for cm 690ii)

Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?
Windows 7 ( i think the bit rate changes with the motherboard right ?)
No, get a 64bit os as 32 bit wont support more than 4gb ram.

Thank you for the quick reply
i took your suggestion and searched for the r9 270x at flipkart and the prime abgb website...both seem to have only MSI....does sapphire not produce it ?
Also if anyone has an idea of current price of these components at Lamington Road please can someone present a cost min-max budget ?
It would really be helpful. Thank you

You'll need to ditch the PSU and cabinet. they are not at all good (read: crap)

hi guys !!!!! after much deliberation, nail biting and hair pulling i think this will b my final rig, with improvements on costs and parts based on your suggestions :
CPU - AMD FX 6300 - 7500
MoBo - Asus M5A97 evo - 7350
RAM - Gskill ripjaws x 2x4gb 1600mhz cas8 - 5100 ( i would like to knw if i can buy a single 4gb now and then later buy another to save up on current cost.. also if there is anything cheaper with the same performance )
Case - Corsair 300r with side window (love the showy parts hehe) - 4500
PSU - Seasonic s12ii 520W -4200
GPU - either gtc 650ti boost or r7 260x(this seems better, what do you say) because the r9 270x pinches me a little more:(
Fans - Xigmatek xaf14 series 2x fans - 3178
My current Case lies in a wooden cabinet (27"x 20"x 21") open in the front and closed at the back, along with my home theater system's sub-woofer at opposite ends. Hence the choice of cabinet and cooling fans
So there it is guys ....the prices quoted are a mic from this forum, flipkart and other online stores.....would be nice if anyone could provide an estimate of the cost i'd incur at Lamington Road.......... any suggestions, improvements ?????
Thank you so much guys u have really helped me a lot... couldn't have even come close to building a rig like this on my own.

> Change ram to Kingston hyperX Blu 1600 MHz 4 GB available for 2300 on Flipkart. It offers same performance to that of RipjawsX but is cheaper.

>Yes, you can go for 4 GB ram now and get another 4 GB stick later but make sure you get the identical ram later.

> 260X is slightly faster than 7790 and also newer.

> Why so expensive fans? just get some 500 bucks fans and DO NOT keep the cabinet in that closed place. It is like chocking it to death no matter which fans do you use.

> Thanks for the suggestion on the RAM
> The problem is i have no other place for the rig that's why i thought maybe if i substitute the lack of free space with better internal ventilation it would at least mitigate the overheating problem....will it not help at all ?? Because the possibility to find better space does not exist :(

No, it will not work. better fans will still circulate the hot air trapped in the encloser. Fans are not magical devices that can cool air. They will pass whatever air is available and in your case, they will keep circulating hot air. Keep it on the table or ask a carpenter to mod the table.

I'll try and have an exhaust fan installed at the back of the cabinet hopefully that will hlep

Now all i need is a set of good fans to keep the whole thing cool any suggestions for good 140mm/120mm fans with a CFM of 60 - 70 with a 20dba or 0.5sone maximum at a cost of 500 to 900 per fan ..... the one is wanted was the enermax 120mm
which isn't available here...so i asked my dad to get it from Kuwait alas it was not meant to be

Prices are very very good!

Why did you get that motherboard? its overkill for FX 6300. you could have gone for a much better graphic card instead of that board.

Yeah why so much on the mbd ? You could have saved on the mbd and got a better processor instead.

Anyways rest of the PC is very good.
