Budget 31-40k Advice on Buying Gaming Laptop

Hi Guys,
I want to buy a gaming laptop within 40k. I have done a quite of research and selected one laptop which is within my budget.
Lenovo Essential G505s (59-380146)
Specs :-> APU Quad Core A10, 8GB Ram, 1TB hard disk, 2.5 GB graphics.
less than 40k is flipkart.
My concern with this laptop is to know whether this laptop is worthy of buying. I want to ask any person who has actually used this laptop before and faced any problems. According to the specs, this laptop can play modern games like Assassin's Creed 3, Far Cry 3, Battlefield 3; but I want to know if actually anyone has played these games on this laptop with medium settings.

I am also considering for Asus Laptop X550CC-XO029D (Core i5 3rd Gen / 4 GB / 750 GB / NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 720M 2GB / 15.6 HD LED)
and
Asus A56CB-XX053H (Core i5-3317U, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, GeForce GT 740M)
I will greatly appreciate if guys out there can guide me to buy which one out of these three laptops.
 
What is your exact budget?

Secondly, do have a look at the Z500 - it has a 645M and was available for 43K sometime back.

The A10 is good, but most prefer a discrete GPU anyday.
 
@vivek.krishnan--> My exact budget is less than 40K but I can extend upto 42 or 43 (if possible).
And thanks for suggesting me the z500, but this laptop is more than 50K and therefore it never comes into my consideration.
My concern is HOW GOOD IS the Lenovo Essential G505s (59-380146)? Can it play games like GTA iV, Assassin's Creed III, Far Cry 3, Hitman Absolution, Battlefield 3 (medium and high settings)? Does this laptop gets too much heated while playing the mentioned games? What is the build quality of this laptop?
If anybody got some answers for the above questions then please reply on this context only.
