Advice on Touchscreen Phone with Chinese characters input/recognition and translation

Hey Guys,

I often travel to China and I would also be having a Chinese worker coming over to my factory.
Ive learnt basic Mandarin, but I need a touch screen phone/translator with apps that will help me input/recognise Chinese characters. If possible give a vocal translation also.
Basically I know a little Chinese, and the worker knows no English. Don't want to be lost in translation :).
Budget: Less than 12.5k

Ah, no replies! So, i've decided to buy an Android phone and load it with apps. Budget - less than 15k.

I'll be buying Galaxy 3 or Wildfire or X8. Still can't make up my mind. Any advice?!
