Budget 0-20k Advice on which 27 inch + monitor to buy.

I'm currently using a 22" 16x10 Dell monitor with a 1680x1050 max resolution. It's a TN panel, more than 10 years old, and has given me no problems so far.

I want to get a full HD or better, IPS monitor, that's at least 27".
I'm want to spend less than Rs.12,000, and only plan on buying one if there are good discounts in the upcoming republic day sale.

My usage is mainly text/web viewing, and a little FPS/RPG gaming. I'll be using my current monitor as a secondary display.

Which brand should I go for? Are Acer/AOC etc any good?

I've been looking at the following models - 3 of which cost more than I want to pay at the moment - are they any good and there any better ones?

1)Lenovo 27 inch Full HD IPS Panel Monitor (D27-20)
2)Lenovo 31.5 inch WQHD IPS Panel Monitor (D32q-20)
3)LG QHD (2560 x 1440) 27 Inch IPS Display 3 Side Borderless - HDR 10, sRGB 99%, AMD Free sync - Dual HDMI, Display Port - 27QN600
4)Acer 31.5 inch 2560 x 1440 WQHD IPS Panel Monitor - Eye Care Features, Blue Light Filter, Flickerless - EB321HQU (Black)

I thought the discounts would be similar to the ones during the big billion sale, when 32 inch monitors were going for about 12k. I dont see that happening now. The lg's 20k, and the acers 17. Theres also a 27in benq for about 12.5 which is closer to how much I want to spend.
How are benq monitors?
