If you are planning to buy it seconds for a four figure sum, then it is ok,(remember, it is not a smartphone) but dont even think of buying a new jet. It has reached the end of its shelf life and the software support by samsung is very poor for its model, though the hardware is very decent at that price even for 2011.

I don't think this phone will be available for sale anywhere now... It is EOL. Plus, it doesn't have Android. It runs the Samsung TouchWIZ UI.

Check out the Samsung Ace/Cooper if you want similar (in fact better) features.

i honestly would not recommend going for the jet. I personally used this phone for a year. The phone is pretty outdated. After a year of using i started facing a lot of issues with the microphone getting busted and samung has the worst possible service possible. They wernt able to source the parts for over a month. Internet is slow and accept the decent 5MP camera there is nothing to boast about the phone.
