i am ordering it from london so this is the only cheap soundcard im getting. rest are 50 pounds + :bleh:

The difference will depend upon capability of your speaker system.

My Audigy 4 got ASIO2. will it suppord EAX 4.0 / 5.0?

Dolby PL2 and CMSS do pretty much the same thing. you can cook up any number of upmixes , And I'm sure Asus has some of their own
