Nash its better you stick to your own nerve racking experience than throwing the thread around in all directions.

If you got the order in acceptable time then why did you even have to interact with him to bear the rude behavior.

the main issue is regarding his behavior after the payment was done.

if amarbir likes to make shipping the product on time a issue I do hav a reply for him
(which is if it is dtdc air why does it take 3-4 days for product to reach me??)
did he actually use dtdc air OR any other means to ship the product??

all am asking him is to get all my chat logs in picture format.

and he still hasn't given any reply as to why I was asked to do forum registration.

Everything was wrong.

Right from the moment I chatted with your online rep to the moment i made the payment and the ample amounts of call and the rudeness that I had to hear from you. I do not make the payment and nor do I deal with you or any dealer for that fact be ridiculed over the phone. I should be saying that "Enough is Enough". Just step forward and atleast accept for the rudeness, and professionalism you have shown. I dont mind getting delayed shipments cause thats not the cause here. I am saying it was nerve racking cause of the attitude you and your reps show towards me. First your rep says that I can chat with you at 9pm and when the going gets too hard, the chat is transferred to you immidiately. And then you go ahead and totally deny the fact that I was told of the E3. You even say try to again be rude by saying that I am the owner and I am saying that its not there. Just tell me the reason for you to ridicule me and others over the phone. Tell me why do you keep ignoring the obvious.
