Brother it depends in what you are using your tablet for,
Movies run fine
Most games run fine but not recommended for intensive games (graphics looks really cool!! Beach buggy blitz game I was not able to appreciate the water droplets falling on screen but it's extremely clear in this tablet. So absolutely recommended for casual games, angry bird looks awesome
Book reading is great, chm files runs like butter using the app SUPER CHM
PDF runs great using adobe reader though rendering is slight slow than Nexus7 but even then I never felt Nexus7 to be a really fast machine, my galaxy note2 seemed faster, even Nexus7 has random reboots!! But that may be due to some rogue apps.
Now navigating through menus, notification drawer is where it's slow in rendering even after force GPU rendering,
But unless you are showing off it's ok
All the above experience is with the latest 4.2.2room released by ainol. I have installed the custom rom based on the same rom and there is hardly any difference from the original firmware
So you have to upgrade it to the latest rom and there is no Wi-Fi issues in the newer stocks as the antenna has been taken care of.
But still compared to Nexus or even the Micromax HD it shows one bar less but I am fine with that as download speeds once connected is good enough
