PC Peripherals AIO Printer with CISS or a AIO Laser printer?Which one is cheaper to operate?

I am looking to buy a printer for my friend who is in not so hardcore printing per day but still i want to know which one is cheaper to operate (not to buy,I know laser printers are expensive).:scared14:

I have Epson Tx121 with ciss in list and Samsung Laser mfp with starter cartridge.:unsure:Which one to go for?

if he doesn't have regular heavy printing job then CISS is useless for him although CISS is available for TX121, you can use refillable cartridges for it, using tx121 since last 1 year and not a single problem, although you cannot expect the same colour print photo quality with these alternative inks but the operating cost is surely low.
