Need an air cooler that is compact, energy efficient and does not cost a bomb (assume a budget of 5k). What are my options in the market.
I would rather not have an air cooler considering the frequent power cuts in the night, but I am specifically thinking about an air cooler because of my dry eye syndrome. The dry air from the pedestal fan I have is wreaking havoc on my eyes in the night.
