Air India Ahmedabad-London flight Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner crashes near airport in Ahmedabad

Using all the information out there, and computing the hypothetical result in my pea size brain, my guess is that when the black box data is released, it will mention a fuel-related issue at some point.

Okay, so this is what I read.

On the Boeing 787, there is no manual way to deploy the RAT. It is deployed automatically, designed this way to reduce the pilot’s workload so they can focus on other critical tasks in the event of a failure.

So does this mean pilot error is out of the question? What could a pilot do in the cockpit that would trigger the RAT? Before takeoff, all systems must show a green light. If there were any warnings, the pilot wouldn’t proceed.
That is what i have been telling . It points to a sabotage than anything else. On a modern plane there is no way the plane can get paralysed . I am sure if the engine failed the pilots would have attempted restarting the engines and that would be recorded in the black box .
people who have come to investigate are from uk ,boeing and NTSB US . And blackbox data too will not be investigated in india .You know where i am going with this..
Each one will want to protect their interest . So the black box data will be interpreted in a few different ways . Ultimately the truth will never come out if it was not meant to be .

It is impossible to relight the engine within 30 seconds. NTSB has the best track record of anyone in publishing findings and recommendations, which has made the industry safer as a whole, so it is disingenuous to suggest that they would be burying the truth. Also recorders are always sent to the manufacturers as they have other forensic tools to extract data in case of damage.
what i am trying to say is this . if he would have aborted than was there enough space to be safe. Please note this is a different scenarion where the plane skid , landing gear was broken and it smashed into boundary wall wherein i guess there were two survivors

Pilots maintain a stopwatch against the ground speed, so normally if they are not close to V1 within that time, they would usually abort. It is the decision speed. If they cross that, then they have to rotate at Vr and maintain V2 even if they have lost an engine. It is quite possible that in this case, the decision was not made until V1 and the pilots were under the impression that they could maintain V2 which can easily be attained with even one functional engine.

Can you please share the source, Because Everywhere its being Mentioned as it was last done in 2023 and next one was due in Dec 2025
You are right, info is here, the source I read earlier seems to be misquoting.

Air India's Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner heading to New Delhi had to return to Hong Kong after the pilot suspected a technical problem link

:fearscream: This is scary shit, dont think I'll travel on this 787 Aircraft ever
