I have airtel 3g activated on my iPhone and my allowance is 1.2gb per month for rs.450.
I have used 100% in my previous billing cycle. When I asked customer care they said that billing cycle is from 17th to 16th of every month.
Today is 16th, am I in the next billing cycle or the same one?
I understand I am on the previous cycle, but the customer care executive insists that from today I am on the next cycle
