Airtel 649 not in South Delhi

Hey guys

i just checked out the Airtel 649 256kbps unlimited plan which was there on the airtel website ...
it shows that the plan is applicable 4 delhi ....
but gues wat wen u wud call the cust care, d ppl refuse for South Delhi region ......

This is not justified !!
y south delhi is not included ....??
Insane!!

I had 2 opt for the 749 unlimited 256 plan ....
guys suggest me a bettr option for 256 unlimited ....

I've my residence in South Delhi (though I stay in Bangalore nowadays) and I migrated to Home 649 plan when I was in Delhi last week. I received a confirmation message and a call too in this regard.

I suggest you call up the customer care once again. All the Best!

not available in my area tooo, the worst part they took 2000 rupees and told that it is available and now they come telling its not !! and its been 3 months and they are dodging without returning the amount!!
whats wrong with AIRTEL insane a*******

i can understand ur feelings ...
gues wat i tried calling airtel again 4 dis plan ...
n i dint ask 4 its availability in my area.
n they said yes it is applicable in delhi ...
n now they hav accepted my req for the plan ...
n m sure nw after 2-3 days they will tel me that ur loc is south delhi n d plan is not dere in ur location ...
even d cust care ppl r unaware bout d unavail of dis scheme ...
foolish ppl ..
