Airtel broadband getting disconnected very frequently- irritated very much!!

You faced the problem in 2011 but Airtel 2mbps plan still has no improvement. It keeps disconnecting - connecting - getting unresolved between every 30 seconds. The only improvement that they have done is increase the frequency of disconnection.
 
Have seen this with my 4 Mbps ILL - the issue was with the junction box and only at night. They changed wires after about 50+ phone calls and several emails.
 
Folks, i am also facing the same issue. I have a broadband and landline connection. The broadband disconnects very frequently. The landline works well for initial few minutes and later on even the airtel customer care representative cannot hear me :). They are giving reason that my internal cabling is faulty and that i need to replace it. I did replaced the wiring from junction box to my modem. Still the disconnect happens. The Airtel technical person are helpless. Does anyone has any idea on whats going on here and can help me giving proper direction on resolving this ? FYI ... i have changed the modem just a year back ...for the reason that i get better connectivity :)
 
i also had the same problem,but finally i find the solution.whenever i want turning on the modem this problem exists.but if you keep your modem working completely this problem gets fixed.so please make sure u don't turn off your modem.
