got frequent disconnection problem with airtel... I feel like the Attenuation in very high... what is preferable Line Attenuation ??? what should i do?
 
Just register a complaint at 121. They'll attend to it immediately. Once I had registered a complaint at 9.30PM and a service guy visited my place at 10.15PM!! :-0

btw.. the follwoing are my ADSL stats

hhmm the attenuation rates sud ideally be below 30 ...

You please check the wiring .. not only internal but also from teh DP box to your CPE (modem)...

Best to do that is log a call .. Airtel has got one of the best customer services ..

Make sure they use a signal meter to check the the rates..
