Video Airtel Dish TV VS Airtel IPTV.

Need to know pros/cons of both. Members using them please give valuable inputs. Already have Airtel dish TV but want to get rid of this and go for Airtel IPTV.

Not all channels were available on IPTV a couple of years back...i don't know if it has changed now. Also, there were some concerns about the picture quality.

IPTV is only good for people who want to avail the time shift facility.
You come back from office, have few hrs b4 getting your eye shut.. simply navigate and choose the movie from the list.
Picture quality aint anything to speak about.
In my opinion, its not worth it if you plan to watch it on an HD television.

If you plan to get a secondary connection for a room where u ll hardly/sparingly be watching the tv, and already have the airtel internet broadband.. then i think it makes for a cheap secondary cable tv connection.

Go with Dish one., IPTV still has jerks & your tv goes down if cable is cut.

if you don't mind can anyone please explain me what is IPTV
