Airtel DNS server alternate IP address?

Either something is wrong with my connection or the DNS server for my Airtel connection is acting up. Torrents and some sites are loading but some site are not loading at all. Hence I think DNS issue itself. What is the best DNS server IP for Airtel connection in Delhi.

We have 4 dedicated leased lines, in different locations of India. In all of them, Airtel is the primary provider, while Vodafone/Tata is the secondary provider. With Google DNS, the page load times are quite fast, while with openDNS, its slow. These are with routers. With a firewall like pfSense, which caches DNS entries, no issues though.

Anyways, from my current location, pings to openDNS has a reply time of about 400 ms, while for Google DNS, its roughly 200 ms.
 
well my ping ping to google dns is around 44ms and open dns is around 250ms but still i dont know y open dns works faster for me while opening international sites.

Maybe, but I got too many complaints because of the same and reverted to Google DNS.
