has anyone tried using airtel fiber on bridge mode ? If yes then please share the complete process and settings so that I can connect my own router .
And disable the Wi-Fi on Airtel. This is what I did. Ek ghar me do wife nahi. Why do you want to use bridge mode? You can use your own router without setting Airtel router in bridge mode. Just connect airtel route's LAN port to your router's WAN port and set your router to dynamic IP mode.
In the routerHave you set wan connection to Pppoe ?For me I called them and after 10 mins I got call from there team and then within 2 mins they activated bridge mode . I asked them on which port the bridge mode is active they said all ports . Then I asked them what login info I shall use to enable internet on my personal tp link router , he said he doesn’t know.
Then I looked at the internet and found out that username is your dsl number and password in your account number but I tried that but internet is not working .

I've been in your shoes. Believe it or not, emailing net@airtel.com with your request is the most hassle free way of doing it. For now, put your airtel router back into "router mode", restore your internet and wait for their reply. Do include your DSL account number in the emails. How do we fix it ?

@captivating as mentioned by @desi_gamer mail them. technician needs to visit your house and he has to take NAC team on the call to make changes.I've been in your shoes. In my case, they activated it remotely (nobody visited my house). Once they did, airtel router stopped resolving and the route mode changed to bridge mode on its own. I then connected my own router, dialled PPPoE with correct VLAN, and it just worked. Entire process took about 3 days.@captivating as mentioned by @desi_gamer mail them. technician needs to visit your house and he has to take NAC team on the call to make changes.
