Airtel guys are your pings ok?

Been havin problems with CSS pings on Airtel today. Ping has shot up to the 300-400 range for SG servers from the usual 80-100. This had happend in the weekend as well but got rectified in a few hours. Its been like this since today morning and still hasnt become alright. Anybody else facin the same problem?
 
This happens when they change routing, but affects only 1 or 2 servers that you connect to... I used to face the same problem with kawabonka... most of the time it would be 200ms but suddenly drops to 80 :/ You can't do much about it other than hope it was a temporary routing change and will resume to normal soon :)
 
Been there, done that... the customer care staff will have no idea what you're talking about - the technical guys will deny that any changes were made to routing in the last month :D
 
You think I didn't try to get his help before - he couldn't do shit about this last time when they denied routing changes to him as well LOL...
 
same here...... 200+ ms pings...... basically happens due to some routing changes. not necessarily user faults.... can happen in case of the other side (meaning singtel) also..... could be a physical fault in the under sea cable also....... neways should be back to normal soon :D
