Airtel International Roaming. Not receiving Text Messages.

Hey.

So I am back in US and have 2 of my Indian Airtel SIM Cards in a Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML.

SIM 1, a KA sim is working as it should.

SIM2, a KL can receive call and make call. But cannot send or recieve texts. Enough balances are there. Over 1000INR.

Any advise??

Does Airtel have any type of customer care which I can call and ask?

Sorry for the noob query: What does "KA" and "KL" mean?

Today I did get a message on both SIM. However when I send from my US number or from someone back home..its not receiving. . I am not sure whats happening.
