Airtel Internet Plan Change procedure...??

At long last Airtel has blessed us with the 512k UL plan (Unlimited 1999) in the north zone. :clap: So I want to plan to this plan now (today itself if possible). :hap2:

Can someone tell me the procedure for changing the plan. Do I have to contact the customer support or do I have to go to the Airtel Care center (Its closed on sunday's). How much time is taken for the plan change. Is it instantaneous?

I had done this some weeks back in hyderabad.

Had to put a mail to care.ap@airteltelephone.com. It was done within 72 Hrs.

just call the Customer care & tell them tat u want to change the plan. Futher they will do from there...u can tell them when u want the plan to get effect..(ASAP or from next billing..^_^ )

Call the customer care centre for your city and tell them u need it done immediately..your plan should be changed within 48 hours..
