Airtel OC3 line?

DO anybodyhave any information about OC3 line of Airtel in India. OC3 is mean for 150mbps. But Q is do they provide such type of connection in India.
What is the cost?

Its just a query?, I asked a Game server admin what was his net connection, he replied that they are using Airtel OC3 connection. Now how much truth was in it is a matter to check.

Well you can get a 144Mbps line but with INTERNET connectivity it will go up, the below prices are for connecting two offices like having a LAN connectivity but you will not get internet on this line for that prices are extra....

MTNL is the cheapest if in Mumbai i guess........
Distance between 2 nodes max 5km price slab per annum....
