Airtel Reduced Upload Speeds?

I've been facing this problem since the past couple of days and the customer care people don't seem to get it and think it's fine.

I'm on a 384UL plan and while the download speed is the same the upload speed is only about a 100-120kbps as tested on various speed test websites including Airtel's own.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
 
no , i am getting same upload and download speeds , i am downloading torrents and usually getting 1:1 speeds :ohyeah: , have 256UL plan , but the pings suck and cant get <200 ping on game servers :@ .
 
the upload speed in most sites are not showing what they are.
i get only 116 kbps in speedtest.net and 85kbps in airtel's site for a 384 kbps connection.

but the torrent speeds are in the ratio 1:1.
So seed a torrent with large leechers and see the upload speed.
