Airtel Users









I didn't read this thread and didn't know about the speed bump. So I called up Airtel at 12:30 A.M. last night and kept asking them which tarrif plan is active for my account at the moment. An hour later speed back to 30-35kbps at 1:30 saddened to see the original speed but relieved a bit.

Though I must admit that it was good while it lasted (a little over 5 hours).

How do I check on Airtel.in which broadband plan is active for my account? I only saw bill details but no mention of plan.
