Airtel's "Suspected Spam" ID Policy

Guys, what is your take on Airtel's "Suspected Spam" ID Policy.
Why are swiggy/Amazon delivery phone Nos turn up as "Suspected Spam"?
I for one am okay with this with exception of above.
 
Airtel is using an AI and we know how AI's can slip up. Traditionally all networks have relied on mapping your calling patterns to identify who are you connected to directly or indirectly, who is your family member, where do you live, where do you work, when do you shop, where do you shop etc.

It is expected that as a normal human being, you would have a small social circle of upto 30-50 people whom you would normally call with some outliers. I would suspect that if a number is calling too many numbers everyday then it is classified as spam by the Airtel AI.

It is run by Hiya. Hiya is just like Truecaller. So, people may mark them as spam or too many people receive calls in a short duration of time, so Hiya thinks that it is a spam caller.

I think you are mixing up Samsung's call blocker with Airtel. It doesn't use Hiya but uses its own database (including from Sanchar Saathi) along with call and SMS patterns to flag calls as suspected spam.
