I am having Amazon Echo Flex Plug-in Echo . But I feel the max sound I get in that is not enough. Can I connect it to a bluetooth speaker and use for all communications?

If that is possible, can my Google Nest mini act as a bluetooth speaker for Alexa?
 
You can connect both a Bluetooth speaker and wired speaker to the Echo Flex using the 3.5mm out. If you already have the Nest Mini, you should be able to use that as bluetooth speaker. But if not, I'd recommend getting a wired speaker or soundbar.
Once connected, the Echo Flex will output all audio, including voice responses, from the external speaker. You can change this in the Alexa app settings though.
