After my bad experience with Bluedart/DTDC, what else to say($#1t), this is my first post, anyway
need some suggestion guys...
1.what if the courier guy doesnt allow me to check the package before signing the papers?
In my case should it goes back to sender(for eg ICC) and what else he do it(should he mention that the receiver is not receiving or out of town)

2.Already had a fight with DTDC in my hometown and the only option to opt is professional couriers, which is worse too.. so is it good to send a package from other town where good courier service available and mention my hometown address in case.

3.Should i mention it contains valuable things(mobile or electronics). And if so, should i mention the approximate value.

4.Whats with the insurance thing. If any problem, will the refund the whole money. And whats the insurance percentage???

There is already a courier feedback thread in TE. Pls use that.

Professional courier is worst. Don't ever think of it.

Instead of using the DTDC franchisee go to the DTDC main office in your town. But since you had a fight with DTDC they will be more careful with your package. They can't refuse it if everything is OK.

Always mention the correct item that is in the package.

Insurance charge is 2% of the declared value.
