Its 30k km now and it feels that my swift petrol needs a tyre replacement.
I have factory fitted jk steel radial tyres. Please suggest me should i go with the same model repeated or should upgrade to something better. If better, please suggest.
Secondly,
If i install broader tyres with alloy rims (right now i am on normal rims) will it affect the mileage of my car?

It won't affect the mileage of the car but alloys would always look better and are stronger than steel rims. you won't have to worry about wheel caps being damaged. and also you could upgrade to higher size with thinner profile tyre.

Can you please suggest a tyre brand and its specifications for swift? Currently its on 14" size. Should i upgrade to 15" and more wider base like 195mm? Will there be any problem?

Check out this site to calculate new wheel set-up. http://www.willtheyfit.com/
You can check out Yokohama C-Drives or Apollo Alnac 4G tyres depending on usage. 195/60 should give you much improved Handling and cornering abilities. Braking in the rain would also improve.
only downside is mileage loss but its not significant -1-2 kmpl at the worse
