hello everybody , good day.
i have the said set in not working condition. the amplifier seems to be defective.power supply is ok. getting 20vdc and 14.5 vdc.the subwoofer makes sound while switching off the mains. no sound from satellites.can any one suggest where to start with...?
spoke to the reps of Rashi Peripherals and they said they NO more do repairs .

My condolences. I am the proud ownder of an MX 5021 and am dreading the day I have to give them up. But if you are looking for a decent replacement, try the Swans Mk series, they are really really good.

Also, instead of going to Rashi, who are POS, try going to a reputed local repairperson. You might have better luck there. For my other speaker set, that is exactly what I did. It has been a year and they are doing fine.
