Alternative of HDFC NetSafe (VCC)??? :S

Is there any other alternative to https://netsafe.hdfcbank.com/ACSWeb/enrolljsp/HDFCValidate.jsp ?

I have got HDFC Bank Account, but may be I will be closing it soon.

So is there any other bank which offers VCC like facility by means of it's Internet Banking/Debit Card?

I especially want to transact in USD... So any other alternate way?

Since you specifically mention transactions in USD, why not open a PayPal account and tie it up with your credit / debit card account? Their conversion rates are lower than what Indian banks charge.

You only need the HDFC VCC to verify your PayPal account, not create it.

Once you have your HDFC account linked to PayPal, you can withdraw funds to your bank account.

Make sure you submit your PAN no. in your PayPal account, so as to avoid any issues with the withdrawal.

I have added and verified my HDFC Bank Account to PayPal Account without the need of VCC

When we are adding a Bank to our PayPal Account, than PayPal send 2 very small Amount/deposit to our Bank Account, which we have to enter in the Verify Page at a later stage exactly

You only need the HDFC VCC to verify your PayPal account, not create it.

Once you have your HDFC account linked to PayPal, you can withdraw funds to your bank account.
