Can't believe what happened just now. I was experiencing slow browsing and really slow download speed with tata indicom for past 10days. I was really busy with stuff so i didn't call up their customer care till an hr back. Wonder of Wonder, their Network engg. showed up now :O and my issue was solved . This is even faster than airtel . I have had lots of problem with tata indicom in the past 6 months regarding the same issue, customer care has never helped me till now. Only after calling up the Nodal officer, my issue will be solved.

Just sharing my shocking experience :rofl: Anyone had similar experience with Tata Indicom??

Tata indicom is like that.

IF it works. it is the BEST damn service in the country. If it doesn't work you are screwed unless they are in a "We love the customer" phase of the year, which you seem to have landed on.

For All (Any) of my hardware problems...i call the technical guy who installed the Modem in the first place... I only had one such problem in last 5 months and he came within an hr..

But problem related to Billing are really bad.. and those arent solved this promptly..Had one such bad experience

why don't u guys opt Mtnl.....its not bad.....althought its a govt sector but still it provides better service then most pvt players...

Bah you should have just memorised what the guy did and then go to every TE guys place whose running TATA and charge them 500 bucks :rofl:

he didn't do anything in my PC re, he went to some place and called from there to check if everything is fine.

i've had to listen to biosbhai's rants for 2 months about tata indicom , about how they billed him wrong , and their tatics . This must be the first positive thing i've heard about them
