Hello Suniel, ... I'm No tech guru but ...Here's what iIm seeing from your scenario ...the culprit here ..

1. would be your generic PSU
I'd suggest you change your PSU to a corsair or seasonic which are far better brands than VIP or intex ..
try this power supply calculator to select the type you should go for
http://www.coolermaster.outervision.com/

2. Onboard graphics card
are your drivers updated? ..could be a bottle-necking issue as well .. try running your PC on safe mode for a few on lowered graphics ... see if it works stably .. if it does .. try using it in normal boot up and lower the resolution of your graphics card ...if that runs smoothly and uninterrupted ..its not an on-board graphics card issue .. But if it doesn't work that way ..its most probably the on-board GPU that's at fault ...and yes most companies don't really repair motherboards with faulty onboard gpu's ... you may want to change your motherboard .. as you've already mentioned your going for an upgrade

3.High fan speed.... there's probably a lot of heat being generated .. try cleaning the PC with a hand held air blower... try cleaning each fan and see to it there's no obstruction in their running

Upgrade Scenario
Yes as far as i know the X3 720 can be supported on certain AM3+ motherboards .. but most of them will require a bios update pertaining to the processor ..which may have to be done with a compatible Processor ..
what is your budget for a new motherboard?
Are you willing to change the ram ? if so options will be widened
depending on the questions I asked .. there are board which wont come with an IGP
Yes, your can use your 500 gb WD green drive .. if...
Its at least sata 1.5 compatible at the minimum ...

I hope My input helps
Regards

thanks for ur reply
psu is vip 500wt when purchased its was recommended by tec members in chip.in
updated graphics diver with amd crystal software it says is up to date
cleaned pc each in out when applying silver arctic thermal paste
budget for a new motherboard is not a problem (but my main concern is what part of hardware is faulty so i am not in fix after purchasing new hard ware)

or

should i go for intel setup with mb+cpu+ram
pc use
need to run software on server (crm software)
firefox,chrome with 10/15 tabs
myphoneexplore for calling (it is excellent pgrm for android phone for backup, sms, calling via pc)
bluestack android emulator
email client webmail
downloading torrent
all at same time

currently posting from same pc
fan noise is very high
sorry can any one pls confirm how do i connect epson fx 890 printer with gigabyte H61M-DS2 DVI motherboard via lpt port i had brought parallel port but it is not compatible and usb port of epson is not working

Well you could go for a new intel setup but that would get rather costly instead change just the psu and the mother board +ram setup would save the cost of a new cpu ( I3's run around 7-8 k..I5's between 11-15k if not more)...I suppose that would rectify your issue .. but if your serious about the upgrade than nothing like it my friend
