For Once i never objected to it did i i just said in the best of my ability i solved his issue and even said sorry thats the point i am making ,I never said anything else .BTW Bro Right Said next time i should never commit like this cos the first time tiwari got stuff from me He got it in superb time frame and BTW guys the first time also he told me to ship to this guy who he claims had to go abroad .
 
@ Renegade , Crazy Eddy : a Itrader Rating Leaves a impact On a customer And Seller Both .In This Episode kindly Explain Me What And How i Was Not Supportive ,Is This customer Not Pushing Me Around Too Much .Stop thinking That i Am a Dealer and try To Explain Me Why He is Allowed To Give Me a Negative Rating and Why i Am Not Allowed To Give Him One .I Would Like To Write "Impulsive , Pushing , Demanding Customer" To My Negative Rating that i Plan To Give Him .The Only Reason is That He Says I did Not Ship In a Supersonic Time Frame .Why do You People Have Such Double Standards For your Dealers And Members .Kindly Have a Look

The root issue is that a particular time frame was promised to a customer and due to circumstances did not work out.

Which is why I suggest henceforth to make confirmed time-frames listed in threads so that neither party is troubled.

In case of a customer requesting expedited shipping, ensure you offer it only with a disclaimer or simply say it isn't possible and leave it.

In any case, a -ve rating for a pushy customer doesn't seem justified. Please take it as a lesson and ensure you set realistic expectations for your customers in future.

Noted But The Justification For Feedback In Totally Incorrect .Its Should Have Been Neutral DID i Not Do everything To Solve His Issue ? .I Would Like To Leave A Neutral Rating For Him Then .I Think Its Justified .

Edit : Negative Ratings Should Be For People Who Just did Not Do Anything To solve a Issue IMHO

LOL... This is common feedback that I get from most TE dealers and it's very true. Everyone here is so eager to see their new purchases that they come up with these "Extrmely Urgent - I'm leaving town or my friend is leaving town in a nano second" screenplays.

Of course, by no means am I implying that this is what the OP has done, but this is a big problem that a lot of TE dealers face with almost every customer and that compounds the problem.

Something for the community to be aware of.

@Dealers... don't bend over backwards to accomodate customers. Eventually you will end up with such problems. You are all fully aware of what you and your co-workers are capable of. Stick to what works for you. Don't overshoot. Trust me, 99% of your customers will continue to use your services even if you don't accept rush / expedited shipping requests. In the off chance that you do get one of those "I need it now" requests, gracefully say NO (not i'll try and i'll do my best... that to many people equals YES) which is preferable to what you have witnessed here.

Once i got a Email From Saiyan On My Mobile Phone i ASAP Reverted To that thread tiwari created and i did everything i could to solve his issue ,When i was doing everything and he has recieved his refund also ,why should i get a negative rating and i am not allowed to do it myself .If i was at his place and seriously was pissed up due to this i would have send a pm and demanded my money and only if the said dealer did not do anything i would have created a thread ,This is Totally Unjustified From a Seller Point Of View IMHO

Amarbir, please read what I highlighted in bold red above. It is that ideology, mind set and your retrospective actions which go against the grain of most forum members. Trust me Amarbir, this type of customer centric philosophy will not get you too far. Times and practices have evolved. Let me candidly confess, I am no business man like you. I salute and respect the business line you are driving in India. But I do have immense experience in various modes and flavors of consumer services, could be almost similar in experience to you if gauged, since I am two years younger to your age displayed on TE. It is extremely difficult for an individual to accept an error or delta specially when pertinent to ones professional terrain, but that is the mantra (sic..?) today, on the www. No one actually, really and truly wants you out of TE. Just that your behavior and e-quotient is far to brash and unprofessional. That ticks of the majority --- resultant is -- threads which spawn to multiple pages, desirous to be split with forum moderation.

Not my 2.0 cents, but just my advice.

Imagine the trauma Tiwari is going through for just rs. 585 worth of material.

Quit giving promises when u cant come through on it. The thing is if he doesnt give these promises who will buy from him?

Negative ratings can be brought about by anything that tampers customer satisfaction. A rating system is only helpful when positive rating should be hard to earn. You don't want a scale in which 99.4% is bad and 99.9% is best...

Well,

I did everything in my personal capacity as a dealer to solve his issue .i think i did everything as per his wish and to the best of my ability .People who do not want to deal with me can leave me alone and do thier own job .I Am not here to take everyone advice .This is business and things happen off and on and are dealt with

People = plural

Taking a single instance and generalising it is precisely why we're paying attention only to iTrader ratings.

If he's calling up and bullying people why has only a single person like tiwari mentioned it and been the only person who has given a -ve rating? Why are the rest of the people sleeping?

Either get these people to come forward, start a thread with their experiences and give a rating, or stop ranting.

i Am Sick Of This , these Bunch Of People Have Made a Living Hell for Me On Te .There is No Post No opportunity They Leave To Do Negative ,Intentional Marketing and Spread All Sort Of Useless Comments .How Much Can Any person take daily nonesense From them ,What Will you do If you were at my place .Plus How Many Of Them Have Actually Dealt With Me Here ,If They Have They Should Send Me Thier Order Id No So That i Could Tell You How i Serviced Them To The Best of My Ability .It Seems Like I Am Being Targeted On TE Now By These Guys .This Is Not Why i Am Here ,They openly Come Abuse Me And Get Over With No One Does Anything .If Anyone Has So Many Issues With Me and i Have Done That Deal On Te They Should Come Forward And Tell Me .Its Not Criminal That i did not ship tiwaris material on time ,I could not do it enough of this BS From everyone To Me On Te .Tiwari's Payment is Done .BTW Someone Just Said "Tiwari Had To Go Through Mental Tension " .Nonesense i Am Going Through It "TIWARI DID NOT EVEN ASK ME ONCE FOR A REFUND " .He started this Thread and When i Came I did His Refund .
