Amazing Speeds btw tata users

I am using the TATA 256k UL plan. Today I was downloading a torrent from desitrrents and it was downloading at more than 55kBps. When I checked the peer list i am getting the full speed from a tata indicom user from my city.
so if there are other people from ernakulam we could check it out.

i tried other downloads but the speed is still 256. but for this torrent im getting higher speeds. and the more than half is from another tata user from ernakulam.

but tht person is a 512kbps unlimited user(i chked it in tata account pages) i tried transfering a file with another 256k user in my city but the speeds were max 32kBps.
