Given that the importer is listed as Appario Retail on the listing page, and in the Q&A section someone has advised reaching out to Amazon for warranty support, I wouldn't be too confident with being able to get warranty support for this. Checking Kioxia's website, they don't seem to officially sell in India and these fall under "parallel import", for which they don't provide warranty. https://personal.kioxia.com/en-apac/support/parallel-import.html
