If I remember right, the importer handles RMA which is Scorpzon Trading Pvt. Ltd..

To start the RMA process you would require to email our support at [care@scorpzontrading.com](mailto:care@scorpzontrading.com) along with invoice and details of the issue and rest we will take care, Our service center is in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and incase any spare part not available with us then we will suggest you to contact the Arctic at [support@arctic.de](mailto:support@arctic.de) to send the same. Usually whole RMA process can take 3-5 working days if can be assisted by us in India and otherwise from international support upto 2 weeks time.

Think this is a different seller; probably out of stock with the other seller and Amazon is just showing the available option. I don't quite remember the name of the other seller, but statred with an 's'.

Can I use this for Fridge air inlet beside compressor too? Would be simple to clean each month even if it catches 50% of the dust

These been there from last 5 yrs but not on amazon. I checked these on ebay during lockdown and were readily available.....just that these came on amazon now more in last 1-2 yrs. But are costly
