no mate, i check amazon when i need a product, else not.[DOUBLEPOST=1514730606][/DOUBLEPOST]ok here is one more example of #amazon #india #fraud, enjoy

I fail to understand what is there as fraud?

Cant be called a fraud as such but i did came across 2 instances of a not so good act from amazon.
1) WD green 120 ssd was shown lightning deal price of 3739 while in the same listing normal price was 3699.
2) Samsung 250 GB Evo was listed at 6.7K and 7.1K prices. Both the listing were by cloudtail. I verified the model numbers too - same.

I don't have a screenshot to showcase the same. So you just have to take my word for it.

True.

Is this seller fake? Even Cloudtail is selling 2TB Seagate for 5899 something and this seller has written price of 1.5TB drive for 2TB drive.

Just look at his store listing. He has listed 4Tb hdd for 4999. Something is fishy about this guy.

Could be promotional pricing. But i'd be wary buying anything that's not fulfilled by Amazon

As long as you have amazon garantee and return is available you have nothing to worry about. Go ahead and order. If I wanted one I would definitely place the order.
Moreover seagate's warranty is great. I got my 2tb hard disk replaced and they did not even ask for the bill.

He has listed 5Tb for 5999 too. Its not amazon fulfilled so something is wrong here. Also no restriction on buying. Cloudtail etc have max 2 pcs per order etc. This listing goes upto 20+. lol.

Seems fishy. 5TB for 5999 is bonkers.

Seagate Firecuda 2TB for 6.3k whereas it retails for 8.5k+ in all other stores across India. Does it look genuine to you guys ?.

But in the details section it says
Warranty Details: No Warranty

Why?
Just buy it and try to register your product on seagate website. If it goes through then it will be alright and if not then return it. Prime products have no problem returning.
But i checked reviews of that sshd and found that it is not very good otherwise i would have bought it.
It gets unresponsive over time and stutters a lot, checkout its reviews on newegg and amazon(com).
