hi selling my kindle 2 white color with original leather case

condition - like brand new not a single mark anywhere

its year old so no warranty but hardly used

connectivity - 3g so you can surf anywhere anytime its free of cost

battery backup - around 30days with 1 hour a day use approx

place of shipment - bangalore but can ship anywhere

expected price - 8000 inclusive of shpping charge

reason for sale - not able to use it at all except reading news and surfing sometimes ,member of library club here so reading part is not getting used much

Interesting - I guess its not the DX model, then why the apparent high price for an earlier gen Kindle?

A new one(Kindle3) costs $140. Maybe you factored in the price of getting one to India?

Kindle comes with a built in 3G modem and has a global partnership to enable this... browsing experience is not particularly good though so...

Yes. Roaming is on the Airtel network. But at present you will get only 2G speeds as the network doesn't exist.
