As per the details seems likely a partial refund. But I would not really count on it.

I doubt it, myntra also has this fee which isn't refundable on returns.

Tata Cliq has been doing that for over a year, deduct 29 bucks on every return. Stopped ordering clothes from there as those are bound to be returned.

Don't they take a cut from the seller per sale ? If they are a pure platform for listing, it makes sense to charge platform fee.

This is double dipping and the only direction it can go is UP. Thank god that it is just a flat fee for now and not a percentage of the sale amount.
